This is so funny, this posts totally reminds me of my 6 years working in banquets in a four diamond hotel back home. I can relate to everything you just said. We were lucky however, as our kitchen team was actually really nice and the chef was not a prick at all.

Thanks for the comment. I guess we're both lucky not having jerks in our kitchen brigade. mine too, our executive chef is super nice, he lets you be yourself and be comfortable in the kitchen.
